Our Chacoolerie can be more than a passive part for your event, it can be an interactive experience. This adds an element of fun and engagement but also allows your guests to customize their ice cream sundae to their liking. The Chacoolerie will keep your ice cream frozen for up to 2 hours. It comes with your choice of ice cream, toppings, personalized cups, dippers and spoons making it the ultimate ice cream grazing station!

Please provide us the basic details of your event. We'll send you a confirmation email to let you that we received your inquiry! Check your spam and promotions folders for this email confirmation.

Finalize the details!

We will contact you via your preferred method of contact to gather a few more details and answer any questions that you may have.

To lock in your date, a 50% deposit is required.

Pick your flavors!

Now for the fun part! We'll send you a list of our available ice cream flavors and toppings that you can pick from.

Delight Your Guests!

Pick up your Chacoolerie at our facility in Red Bud or have it delivered. Delight your guests with ice cream deliciousness!

We serve as far as Highland, Hermann, Perryville, St. Louis city and county and a majority of the surrounding metropolitan area. We'll certainly bring our ice cream cart to events further out. Travel fees based on location. *
