What is the cold-storage option?
We have refrigerated trailers (0° F to 50° F) that can be rented for events, festivals, overflow or emergencies needing temporary cold/freezer storage. Set up fees included. Travel rates apply.
I'm so sad you are booked already for my wedding/event date. Is there another option to still have ice cream?
Yes! I would recommend our custom cup a la carte option. We personalize the cup for you and we deliver them at the time you are ready to eat them and set them out on a table the venue provides.
Do we serve ourselves?
Who picks the flavors?
You do! We set up a one on one taste testing at our shop before the event. Where you will sample 30+ flavors.
How long do you serve at the event?
Ice cream cart we serve for an hour and a half. Ice cream bike we serve for an hour.
Where is your retail shop, and what are the hours?
Our shop is at 204 South Main Street, Red Bud, IL 62278. (Hours are subject to seasonal change).
What if there are leftovers?
Great news! You get to keep all leftover ice cream.
