Our charming ice cream bike does double duty at weddings and events: it makes a great photo prop AND it delivers delicious dessert!

Staffed by a member of our Sling 'N Scoops team, the refrigerated bicycle arrives to your wedding or event for one hour of serve time.

Your guests will be in awe of this unique way to serve dessert, which includes your choice of custom ice cream cups, Fresh & Frosty Artisan Pops or a mix of both.

So how does this work?

It's simple:

Place your order

Fill out the form below and let us know the date (and any back-up dates) for your event. Tell us if you'd like the bike stocked with custom ice cream cups, Fresh & Frosty Pops or a mix of both! If you're ordering custom cups, include a logo, name or graphic you'd like us to print on the cups.

Finalize the details!

We will contact you via telephone to confirm your date and go over the contract (preview contract here). We'll gather a few more details and require a 50% deposit to officially reserve your date! The completed contract will be mailed right to you!

Pick your flavors!

Come in for a tasting or let us know via email what flavors you'd like in your custom cups. For Fresh & Frosty Artisan Pop flavors, we can send you a list of options. Customize your dessert flavors to please your guests!

Delight Your Guests!

Two weeks prior to your event, the final payment and any flavor changes are due. After that, it's time to wait for ice cream deliciousness to arrive at event! Our refrigerated bike will arrive at the scheduled time to delight your guests!

Ice cream bike packages range from 75 guests to 220. Our bicycle caters to events and communities in and around St. Louis, MO., and as far as DuQuoin and Highland, IL and Perryville, MO. (A travel fee will be added for locations 25 miles outside of Red Bud, IL.)
